from change management at Accenture to earning an M.D. from Columbia University to training in psychiatry at UCSF to 15 years of psychotherapy practice to startup work and innovation consulting. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the ICF.

10+ Years Coaching
My brain-based work with executives and founders draws on a deep understanding of how people learn and grow from my:
- personal experience as an assistant professor, clinical supervisor and professional manager
- training in neuroscience, emotion and behavior
- and my work with a renowned psychiatric think tank, focused on the workplace and organizations.
Forming a meaningful, empathic and respectful connection with each client is core to my practice.
